This company is a bunch of liars and crooks. My family and I had to file a claim and they called us liars. Joe Oldham has been no help at all. After being a customer for 10 years we are leaving after the this company has wronged us.
Joe and his staff are INCREDIBLY nice....but my husband and I felt the staff wasn't reliable. We didn't trust that our requests were addressed accurately or in a timely manner. The rates were great, but I think we just prefer an online experience, where we can see our policy and be sure things are how we want them. Be sure to follow up with staff on your changes and requests to be sure that they have been correctly addressed.
