Mr. Miller, the idiotic moronic bafoons that you sent from Advanta Clean over 4 months ago, not only over charged me, they did not complete work and left old insulation in the walls which I have to now remove myself. I know that you feel that you did your part, I know this by your extremely lame response that you sent to the State Insurance Commissioner. However you and I both know that it's nothing more then mere window dressing to protect you and the other folks over there at American Family. Because of Advanta Clean, Mr. Terry Karn , Phoenix Restoration and Mr. Ben Roush my house is a disaster. And yes over 4 months has passed and I still have no way to cook. I am having to spend what little personal loss money to pay for materials to fix the damage that was caused by these so-called professionals on top of being treated like some dirt bag from Mr. Ben Roush a adjuster whom you know.
Do not count on me renewing my policy with you once this fiasco is over, YOU DONT DESERVE MY BUSINESS OR MY LOYALTY. You haven't earned it, and either has American Family!!! It absolutely blows my mind how someone can be a loyal customer to a company for all these years and get treated the way we have. Maybe you could pick another profession, one that would allow you to treat people a little better.
