Staff are nice and most of the homes are in good shape. But some of them are REALLY dumpy. They are working to get the dumpy ones out, though.
I have been here over 20 years. I am disabled and on a fixed income. Once you own your mobile home, it is quite affordable to live here. Most of the park rules are merely common sense and courtesy rules (no speeding, keep your pets inside, don't park in your neighbors' spots, no fireworks inside the park -- the homes are too close to each other and are prone to catching fire, respect the noise ordinance, keep your lawn mowed, etc.). The swimming area isn't much but at least there is one. There isn't a real park area for the children so they tend to play where they shouldn't (streets, people's yards, near parked cars, etc.). There are a lot of stray AND pet cats traipsing around everywhere. Dogs who have repeatedly escaped (or who are allowed to roam by their caretakers) are common in certain areas. The storm shelters don't allow pets, making one choose between leaving pets behind or riding out the emergency with them in a less than storm-safe dwelling.
