Good pizza but they don’t deliver? Horizon Trails apartment complex is just down the road and the location doesn’t offer delivery to it but dominos which is across town does.
This is a brand new store and a brand new building here and it's very very nice and it's clean the people are friendly and the parking lots large enough so you don't have to worry about running into people ,very nice place.
After I drove 20 miles to pick up my order I was told at the store that they did not have bread sticks that I paid for and still wanted me to pay for both my bread sticks and my pizza.
I have always loved Caseys pizza. But tonight the staff at the Gardner Road Caseys has ruined my years of good experience s with Casey's. We ordered a large BBQ beef pizza. After getting it home peeled back the cheese and it was basically a cheese pizza with minimal shred of beef and a slight amount of BBQ sauce. I called the store back and Cody asked me what i wanted him to do about it. In a rude way. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager Stephen said he would have one remade. As I told him I dont normally complain and would bring it in to show him. When I arrived back at Caseys tge girl at the register was rude. CODY who made the pizza said the manager was in the restroom and would be " a while" and that she sees plenty of beef on the pizza which the pics I have show diff. I told them to keep it and left. Caseys has my money and I dont have a pizza. Next time I will personally go in instead of online order and if I see this staff I will leave

This particular location has poor customer service.
I contacted corporate and after 10 day's still have not heard back.
We have always gotten great service and the staff is very friendly during the day. We just went there at 10:30 at night and the trash was overflowing, washer fluid was empty, and the receipt tape was out. There were two employees in the parking lot throwing around a football!
I spoke to all three employees including the kitchen manager and they still insisted.
