I called to order a funeral arrangement and they were very knowledgeable. They already knew when and where the funeral was and they were super helpful about prices and what would be appropriate to order. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant! I was pleased with my experience.

I've used this company two years in a row now. They were very friendly on the phone, made a beautiful arrangement for my wife's birthday, that was delivered with no problems. I love the small town hospitality when I call to place my order. Was sad to see these bad reviews on here, so wanted to share my experience.
Called about sending a boutique to my granddaughter. They clearly are not aware of the many ways to send flowers and the skill of customer service.

This is the second and last time my son orders me flowers from here. He did not get what he ordered and he's not pleased. I looked up on their website what he ordered and it's totally not what I received. When I called them about it the lady on the phone was nice but the lady in the background was very rude. If you can't provide the product you advertise then don't advertise it. If you hate your job so much and take it out on your customers then find another job!!!
I was basically told they would send something "small" for $30...now I live in Kansas City, where I can call Trapp and Company, one of our premiere florists, and order something stunning for $30. And they will be kind and consultive on the call. Trapp is an example of a company that understands the experience of ordering flowers at any price point.
