I think that my overall opinion and experiences of and with this store have deteriorated over the past couple of months unfortunately.

I've been here only twice during a drive through between the hours of 7am and 8:30am.. These are the hours to shop if you're avoiding any human interaction with the exception of you and the cashier! There is no one there.

I love the Walmart grocery app. Just order online though the app or computer, select your pick up time and follow instructions. It's a breeze, plus they do a fabulous job of picking fresh produce and meats. Great experience!

My hometown Wally World. It's small for a super center. The prices are consistent and the store is clean with good lighting. Shelves are stocked, for the most part, unless it's late Sunday before restocking. A bit annoying but it's not a deal breaker. The employees are typical of any Walmart. They're not experts... They'll point you to where the product is and that's about it. The checkout seems very slow at this store especially if you're on the non food side. Typically, no checkouts are open on that side and I must go to the middle of checkout roe, at minimum, to find one open. I haven't seen any checkouts open one that side of the store since Black Friday of last year. It's annoying, but with few store options in a small town we have no other good nonfood shopping options. A couple self checkouts installed on that side would be appreciated. Speaking of that side; stop locking that sides door at 10pm! It's BS! At very least, why can't it let people out but not in? If someone has been in store for a long shopping run and then have to walk a half mile to checkout and leave, it only pisses us off. That's my biggest Walmart issue...by far. If I had another option in my town, I would use it. That's how much of an issue it is and it's just not me... It's most. (I'll add and edit later).

The lack of help when you want to check-out is frustrating. You are literally forced to use self-checkout 75% of the time at this store. (Not exactly appealing with large purchases). Great merchandise and convenient location, but very understaffed. Inadequate inventory control. If you're not careful, you will pay for expired items. I purchased long-expired baby food recently and was very unhappy when I realized it.

I do not like the self checkout. I prefer real people. But this Walmart only has 2 cashier's open at any time forcing you to deal with stupid computer checkout. It's horrible. This is a small town and we like dealing with a person, not some faceless machine
